In addition to providing an extensive list of alternative medicines, the portal also offered buyers consultation services concerning their well-being.
The Challenge we had?
Dawakosh.com is an online portal showcasing Alternative Medicines and Remedies, as well as providing online consultations for people reporting health concerns. A comprehensive listing of all 'Alternative Medicines' available on the market is provided on the website. There were sections for ailments, categories, brands, and types of medicines, making navigation very easy.We are still working on the product list, easy navigation, and buying concepts. By paying a fee, a buyer could consult an expert live on the web portal's 'Consult Our Experts' section.
The Resolution
Based on the project requirements, the designers developed a theme design that displayed the medicine and required information in a clean, easy-to-navigate manner.Admins are able to post remedies and images in the 'Remedies' section of the website, start an online store to sell medicines and registered buyers can save these remedies in their accounts for future reference.
I was faced with a major challenge when creating the 'Consult our Experts' section. The client desired an area where the buyer would have to choose a category to begin a consultation. He can then enter his information and pay the consultation fee to get started. An admin also has the option of enrolling consultants and specifying their expertise. An expert will be assigned to the booked consultation and a meeting will be scheduled by the admin.
